Rings can only be sent back to us with prior consent. Please call us at; 1-800-267-7823 or email@example.com. Please specify reason for return. Once received, our manufacturing and Quality control department will assess and decide course of action. Customer will then be notified if the ring will / can be repaired or re-stocked and at who’s expense.
Apart from regular wear, we will repair or replace your ring if there is a problem, at our option, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Our production teams take every step necessary to ensure that each ring is composed of the exact purity and quality of precious metal that is indicated on the inside stamp. Each ring is rigorously checked for any and all flaws during and at the end of production.
